HR & Admin Executive Full-Time

Job Duties:

  • Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations
  • Handle administrative operations including office management, documentation, and compliance
  • Maintain HR records, leave management, and performance evaluation systems
  • Coordinate training, welfare, and employee engagement activities
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and support management requirements
  • Liaise with government authorities and ensure statutory compliance

Requirements:

  • Male/ Female
  • Age below 35 years 
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR & Administration (preferably in the construction industry)
  • Degree / Diploma in HRM or related field
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
