Assist to manage the Talent Acquisition process by publishing adverts, shortlisting CVs and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate and execute the onboarding process of new hires whilst arranging necessary onboarding materials and induction programmers.
Maintain and update all employee personal files ensuring all records are accurate, up to date and securely stored.
Coordinating offboarding process of the departing employees by following up relevant formalities
Facilitate and coordinate HR services on daily basis such as letter requests, employee queries and provide support for HR related matters to the employees.
Assist to arranging Training programmers, HR special projects and employee engagement activities.
Assist to handle the employee grievances, disputes and disciplinary issues by providing administrative support.
Manage the HRIS system and ensure the data accuracy whilst generating reports and providing insights to the management.
Monitor and track employee attendance and leave records whilst providing necessary inputs to the group HR to process the monthly payroll.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HRM in a similar capacity at a reputed organization.
Bachelor’s degree in HRM, or any other equivalent professional qualification.
Hands on experience in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
