HR Manager Full-Time

Job Duties 

  • Align HR strategies with overall business objectives in collaboration with leadership.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including workforce planning, sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Develop, standardize, and implement HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and investigations.
  • Drive performance management processes including appraisals and talent reviews.
  • Oversee payroll coordination, compensation & benefits, attendance, and HR administration.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development initiatives.
  • Promote a strong, values-driven organizational culture.
  • Ensure compliance with Sri Lankan labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, etc.).

Requirements 

  • Male / Female 
  • Age below 40
  • Degree or professional qualification in HR, Business, or related field (CIPM preferred).
  • Proven experience in HR management, preferably in multi-company or operational environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws and HR compliance.
  • Expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work with senior leadership and frontline teams.
  • Proficiency in HR systems, reporting tools, and spreadsheets
