HR Manager (Hotels & Restaurants) Full-Time

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and culture.
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, and exit processes.
  • Oversee HR operations across local and international outlets, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations in each jurisdiction.
  • Drive employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture across the group.
  • Develop and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
  • Manage HR policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure consistency and transparency.
  • Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent acquisition for all levels of the organization.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits, and compensation structures to ensure fairness and market competitiveness.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management on all HR-related matters.


Requirements

  • Female
  • Relevant qualifications in Human Resources Management or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in senior HR roles, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance across multiple countries.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to handle operational challenges.
  • Outstanding communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to travel as required to oversee HR operations in overseas outlets and franchises.
