Job Duties:

• Import From International & Local Market (Main Products of Import or Purchase from Local or International Market)
• Pharmaceutical Raw Material/ Finished Goods / Packing Material / Machinery / Spare Parts etc.
• Sourcing and Placement of Orders
• Negotiate and placement of order, establish LC and follow up with supplier for timely shipment.
• Review requisitions for Imported Raw, Packaging, Finished Goods, Bulk Materials,
• Spare Parts /Machinery and local Raw and Packing Materials to proceed for order,
• Development of Artwork for Imported and local Packaging materials
• Export of Finished Good consignments and handle all the Export Cum Re-Import Case
• Monthly reporting for Raw Material and packing materials
• Preparation of Purchasing Budget and submission to Manager & Directors.
• Development of alternate sources for cost and quality saving prospect
• Having strong knowledge of Pharmaceutical Purchasing techniques included information of the supply chain market,
• The part of the negotiation, enquiring mind and teamwork is capable
• Having good experience at the procurement side
• Self-Initiator, result-oriented and enthusiastic person who is committed to success and love to work under challenging environment.
• Having good communication and team-building skills.
• Having good problem-solving skills by conducting route cause analysis and providing a remedial solution.

• Age below 45
• Minimum 7 years experince in Import sector and 2 years experiecne in Managerical level
• Degree or Related Qualification
• Experience in Pharmaceuticals industry
