Job Duties:

• Provide IT support for business users, troubleshooting hardware, software, SAP, LOB applications, and O365 issues within defined SLAs.
• Deploy, monitor, maintain, and upgrade IT systems, including servers, networks, and related infrastructure.
• Identify performance or availability issues and plan corrective actions to ensure smooth IT operations.
• Maintain strong communication and build positive relationships with internal teams and business users.
• Handle IT equipment sourcing, vendor coordination, and inventory management.
• Act as the primary contact point for enterprise IT support requirements across the site.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies, procedures, data security standards, and operational guidelines.
• Provide onsite support at the Biyagama location; suitable for candidates traveling within 25km of Biyagama, Gampaha, Biyagama EPZ, or Bio Zone.
• Support users across the facility for daily IT-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Assist in system documentation, configuration updates, and periodic IT audits.

Requirements:

• Male
• Age below 35
• More than 2 years of experience in IT, including at least 1 year in a similar IT Support / IT Executive role.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer-service orientation.
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work long hours when required and perform under pressure.
• A strong team player with a proactive approach.
• Diploma in Computing, Information Systems, IT, or equivalent qualifications.
• Professional certifications such as CCNA, MCP, or similar IT qualifications will be a definite advantage.
• Must be able to travel comfortably to Biyagama, Biyagama EPZ, Bio Zone (within 25 km proximity).
