Job Role

• Provide end-user IT support, hardware support, and network support
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and IT peripherals
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi networks
• Configure and support routers, switches, access points
• Manage network cabling (UTP/Fiber), IP addressing, subnetting
• Perform basic firewall configuration and network security controls
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Support user access management, email systems, and business applications
• Maintain IT asset management, inventory control, and system documentation
• Ensure data security, antivirus management, system updates, and backups
• Coordinate with IT vendors, service providers, and suppliers for repairs and upgrades

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Information Technology, Computer Networking, or Computer Hardware
• 1 years of IT support / network support experience
• CCNA certified / CCNA qualified (mandatory or highly preferred)
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with routers, switches, LAN/WAN infrastructure
• Experience in network monitoring, fault diagnosis, and issue resolution
• Familiar with Windows Operating Systems, basic server administration
• Understanding of network security principles, firewalls, and antivirus solutions
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and handle pressure
• Candidates residing within a 25 km radius of the work location only
