Job Duties

• Develop, shoot, and edit short form video content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, etc.) that resonates with our target audience.
• Stay up to date with TikTok trends, challenges, sounds, and formats, and creatively adapt them to our brand.
• Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm content ideas that align with campaigns, launches, and brand goals.
• Script, storyboard, and monthly plan content for Social platforms.
• Ensure all content reflects brand aesthetics, values, and messaging.
• Monitor performance of content (views, engagement, shares) and suggest improvements based on insights.
• Manage content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule.
• Collaborate with influencers, customers, or team members featured in content.
• Repurpose TikTok/Reels content for other formats (YouTube Shorts, Stories, ads, etc.).

Requirements

• Male / Female
• Age Below 35
• Proven experience creating video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or other short form platforms (portfolio or examples required).
• Strong video shooting and editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).
• A good eye for storytelling, humor, and what works on social media.
• Comfort being on camera (if needed) and/or directing others.
• Strong understanding of TikTok algorithms, trending audios, and viral formats.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
• Bonus: Basic graphic design skills, photography, or experience with YouTube content.
