Junior Coordinator Full-Time

Job Duties

  • Assist in day-to-day coordination activities between internal departments and external parties
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments
  • Maintain records, reports, and documentation accurately
  • Support the team in planning, follow-ups, and task tracking
  • Prepare basic reports and presentations as required
  • Assist with data entry and updating internal systems
  • Support administrative and operational activities as assigned
  • Ensure smooth communication flow within the organization


Requirements

  • Female 
  • Age below 35
  • Minimum GCE A/L qualification (Diploma or degree will be an added advantage)
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply
  • Good communication skills in English & Sinhala (Tamil will be an added advantage)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to work in Homagama / nearby areas
