Junior Executive - Training & Development Full-Time

Job Duties

  • Design, develop and upload interactive content. 
  • Assign structured learning paths for LMS users. 
  • Monitor the learning path progress and generate reports. 
  • Conduct onboarding trainings for new managers. 
  • Collaborate with experts for content accuracy and alignment. 
  • Provide technical support for LMS queries. 
  • Continuously evaluate training program effectiveness and suggest improvements. 
  • Deliver training sessions in physical and virtual formats. 
  • Coordinate and facilitate online and virtual training sessions. 
  • Maintaining version control of training materials. 

Requirements

  • Male/Female 
  • Diploma or Certification in Training & Development from CIPM or City & Guilds. 
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a Training & Development role, ideally within a corporate or retail environment. 
  • Additional qualifications in Marketing (SLIM Certification is acceptable). 
  • Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) or e-learning tools will be an added advantage. 
  • Strong command of presentation tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, etc.
