Job Duties

• Support import procurement and supply chain operations for products and services in Malabe
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, stock availability, reorder levels (ROL), and buffer stock
• Prepare supplier evaluations, cost benefit analysis (CBA), and raise purchase orders (PO) using SAP / ERP systems
• Conduct periodical cost reviews, price analysis, and supplier performance tracking
• Maintain and update supplier databases, approved vendor lists, and order boards
• Handle demand planning, order placement, and coordination with international suppliers
• Coordinate shipment arrangements, order pickups, and import documentation for smooth deliveries
• Track inventory movement, stock turnover, lead times, and consumption patterns
• Assist in supply chain reporting, inventory analysis, and procurement documentation
• Coordinate with stores, logistics, finance, and internal departments to ensure timely material availability
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, supply chain procedures, and internal controls
• Support continuous improvement in procurement efficiency, cost control, and supply chain planning

Requirements

• Male/ Female
• Age between 25–35 years
• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management, or final-year undergraduate
• 1–2 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory, or logistics operations
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP / SAP systems
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced supply chain environment
