Job Duties

• Site Supervision: Oversee daily construction activities and ensure work is carried out as per the approved plans, specifications, and timelines.
• Quality Control: Inspect construction materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Coordination: Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the project.
• Technical Support: Provide technical guidance to workers and resolve any construction-related issues that arise on-site.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure that all construction activities follow safety regulations and guidelines to prevent accidents.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of work progress, material usage, and any issues encountered. Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports.
• Measurement & Estimation: Assist in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and preparation of bills related to construction activities.
• Material & Equipment Management: Ensure timely availability of construction materials and monitor the use of machinery and tools.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all construction work complies with relevant laws, standards, and approvals.

Requirements

• Male
• Age Below 25
• Diploma or NVQ Level 5 or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2  years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Willingness to work at construction sites across different locations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
