Site Supervision: Oversee daily construction activities and ensure work is carried out as per the approved plans, specifications, and timelines.
Quality Control: Inspect construction materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
Coordination: Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the project.
Technical Support: Provide technical guidance to workers and resolve any construction-related issues that arise on-site.
Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure that all construction activities follow safety regulations and guidelines to prevent accidents.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of work progress, material usage, and any issues encountered. Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports.
Measurement & Estimation: Assist in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and preparation of bills related to construction activities.
Material & Equipment Management: Ensure timely availability of construction materials and monitor the use of machinery and tools.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all construction work complies with relevant laws, standards, and approvals.

Male
Age Below 25
Diploma or NVQ Level 5 or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is an advantage.
Willingness to work at construction sites across different locations.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
