Job Duties 

• Create and give presentations
• Research ways to increase profitability and lower risk
• Keep track of business revenue 
• Help managers in evaluating performance (e.g. writing reports, analyzing data)
• Participate in company’s strategic planning
• Get familiar with personnel duties
• Provide administrative support (e.g. data entry)
• Understand each department’s (e.g. Marketing, Sales) daily processes and goals
• Help managers complete daily tasks (e.g. implementing new policies)

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Marketing from a recognized institute
• Commitment to excellent customer service
• Must have good communication skills and presentation skills
• Fluency in English and Sinhala
• Gook knowledge in social media platforms
• Computer literacy
• Previous experience in marketing field will be an added advantage
