Job Duties

• Lead design, deployment, and administration of servers, virtualization, storage, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Oversee LAN/WAN, wireless, VPN, and internet connectivity with high availability.
• Manage backups, disaster recovery, and capacity planning.
• Collaborate on automation and modernization projects.
• Implement security policies, risk management, and access control.
• Manage firewalls, endpoint security, SIEM, DLP, and vulnerability scanning.
• Respond to incidents, conduct audits, and ensure compliance (ISO 27001, GDPR).
• Lead user awareness programs and maintain certifications.
• Mentor IT and security teams.
• Manage vendors, service providers, and procurement.
• Define SLAs and monitor performance.
• Develop IT and cybersecurity roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Prepare budgets, project plans, KPIs, and reports for senior management.

Requirements

• Male/Female
• Age below 45
• Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years in IT Infrastructure (3+ years in managerial role).
• Hands-on with Microsoft/VMware, networking (Cisco/Fortinet), cloud (Azure/AWS).
• Strong cybersecurity knowledge (frameworks, tools, incident response).
• Relevant certifications (CCNP, MCSE, VCP, CISSP, CISM, or similar).
