Job Duties

• Prepare and submit monthly management reports to support informed decision-making by senior leadership.
• Compile ad hoc financial and operational reports as required by the Head of Finance.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive financial and operational dashboards for real-time performance tracking.
• Ensure the generation of accurate and timely monthly performance reports in alignment with internal deadlines.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to department heads to improve performance and profitability.
• Oversee the prompt and consistent processing of incentive payments for front-line staff.
• Collaborate with branch leadership and Heads of Departments (HODs) to ensure incentive structures align with business objectives.
• Partner with HR, IT, and other departments to streamline performance management systems and reporting frameworks.
• Support the execution of the company’s funding strategy in coordination with the Treasury team.
• Lead the implementation of AI-powered Business Intelligence (BI) tools
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Head of Finance in support of departmental objectives.

Requirements

• Male/Female
• Age below 35
• Fresh Graduate or Undergraduate in MIS/ Finance or Business Management
• Minimum 3 years of experience in MIS, management reporting, or business intelligence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of AI-powered BI tools and data governance principles is highly desirable.
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
