Report all system related issues/ bugs to the ERP service provider in a timely manner and follow up until resolution
Customizing and developing forms and reports
Experience in SQL/ PLSQL, XML Publisher, forms, reports and workflows
Understand users' requirements from business perspective, identify potential solutions, document the agreed requirements, and follow up on existing issue on ERP application
Perform trouble shooting and ongoing ERP application support
Carry out system testing and configuration in the implementation cycles
Implement custom configurations fields, menus and events
Develop, update and maintain reports utilizing any Report Developer or Crystal report
ERP Administration such as users, security, profile, custom objects, and events
Work closely with local and regional IT vendors on cross -border support and projects
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities
IT support to internal users
Requirements
A Bachelor of Degree or equivalent qualifications
Business domain knowledge (manufacturing) would be an advantage
Should have a minimum of two years of experience for ERP support (IFS would be an advantage)
