Job Duties

• Develop detailed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit based on design specifications.
• Coordinate with MEP consultants, engineers, and site teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct quantity take-offs for MEP-related materials and assist in cost estimation.
• Review and adjust shop drawings to align with architectural and structural plans.
• Perform site inspections to verify installation feasibility and update drawings accordingly.
• Identify and resolve MEP-related discrepancies between design and site conditions.
• Prepare as-built drawings based on site modifications and final project updates.
• Work under tight deadlines to deliver accurate and timely drawings and coordination reports

Requirements

• Male
• Diploma or NVQ Level 4 in Engineering Draftsmanship or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with Revit is advantageous.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in MEP drafting and coordination, preferably in high-rise or large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
