Personal Assistant to MD Full-Time

Job Duties:

  • Manage the Managing Director’s electronic diary, schedule appointments, and organize meetings.
  • Coordinate and manage all travel arrangements, including visa processing (inbound/outbound), accommodation, and related logistics.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, while maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Maintain the Managing Director’s office systems including records, data management, contacts, and filing.
  • Coordinate and manage villa-related work by liaising with villa staff and regularly visiting the villa located in Hikkaduwa.
  • Oversee general administrative and maintenance work at Leather Collection outlets.
  • Assist the Managing Director by researching and following up on matters falling under their responsibility.
  • Independently manage all secretarial tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Provide full administrative support to the Managing Director and ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

  • A sound educational background with a minimum qualification of GCE A/L.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity, including general administrative functions.
  • Prior experience in managing villa operations or working within the hospitality sector will be a distinct advantage.
  • Age below 40 years.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive, approachable attitude.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
