Job Duties:

• Develop and implement strategic procurement and supply chain plans aligned with the company’s operational and business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing raw materials, components, and operational supplies required for manufacturing.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers to achieve cost efficiency, quality assurance, and timely delivery.
• Ensure continuous availability of raw materials and production inputs to prevent disruptions in manufacturing operations.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels, demand planning, and supply forecasting to improve efficiency and reduce excess stock.
• Collaborate closely with production, logistics, finance, and quality teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
• Lead initiatives to reduce procurement costs, improve supplier performance, and enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Manage supplier contracts, service-level agreements (SLAs), and compliance with company procurement policies.
• Analyze supply chain data, procurement trends, and cost-saving opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain and procurement team to drive performance and operational excellence.

• Age below 45
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• 8–12 years of experience in supply chain and procurement within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with multinational companies or large-scale manufacturing operations is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, procurement planning, demand forecasting, and inventory management.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and supply chain management tools.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and supplier relationship management skills.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong understanding of global sourcing, logistics coordination, and cost optimization strategies.
• Candidates based within a 25km commuting distance will be preferred.
