Heading the Quality Department, overseeing the Quality team in all aspects.
Maintaining Quality objectives supporting the corporate business plan.
Quality System management and updating of System documents with the compliance of IFS, BRC, and Organic Certifications.
Customer Complaint root cause analysis, corrective and Preventive action implementation.
Create, review, update and monitor policies, procedures and work instructions.
Developing, updating product specifications, process flow charts.
Liaising and maintain excellent business relationships with overseas labs, external auditors and related parties.
Monitoring and reviewing of Products and Processes in compliance with established Quality / Food Safety Management Systems of IFS and QMS within the organization.
Analysis of Raw Materials, Semi Finished Goods and Finished Goods. Liaise with overseas labs to obtain test results on time.
Training of Employees related to quality requirements & GMP standards.

Age below 45
Should posses a degree in Food Science/ Food technology or related from a reputed university.
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Quality Assurance Manager in the field of food processing/ manufacturing.
Experience in working with manufacturing of spices would be an advantage.
Experience in the Exports industry.
Possess knowledge of and Working experience in IFS/ BRC and Organic certified environment.
Willing to work extended hours as and when needed.
Commitment to position at least 3 -5 years.
Well versed in filling Customer questionnaires (EUROPE / USA).
Highly experienced and detail oriented in documentation.
Keen eye in quality matters and maintaining BRC standards strictly on the production floor and the entire company.
