Job Duties:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Conduct feasibility studies on materials, labor, and time requirements.
• Manage contracts, tenders, and procurement processes.
• Negotiate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project costs, variations, and cash flow.
• Prepare interim valuations, payment applications, and final accounts.
• Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with contracts and safety standards.
• Advise on cost control, risk assessment, and financial planning.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to resolve project issues.

Requirements:

• Female/Male
• Age below 35
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field.
• 2 - 3 years of experience in MEP estimation / QS work
• Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing 
• Proficiency in MS Excel and cost estimation/project management software & AutoCAD
• Knowledge of construction contracts, legal standards, and industry practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
