Receptionist Full-Time

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
  • Manage front desk activities, including handling appointments and scheduling meetings.
  • Maintain records, logs, and visitor documentation.
  • Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Provide information and assistance to guests and staff as required.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for administrative support.
  • Handle other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Female
  • Age below 35
  • O/L or A/L qualification
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a receptionist or front desk role is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English and Sinhala/Tamil is preferred
