Secretary/Receptionist

Receptionist Full-Time

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for greeting guests, answering calls, taking and passing on messages to the relevant individuals.
  • Scheduling appointments and ensuring a smooth, clean organized welcoming environment in the reception area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondences including emails and courier services.
  • Ordering and managing office supplies including stationaries and other materials.
  • Providing admin /HR support to the Department of Admin & HR.
  • Attending to any tasks assigned by the Management.
  • Provide basic information to clients and visitors about the company.

Requirements:

  • Female
  • Age below 30
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a receptionist / front office role would be an added qualification.
  • A/L or following any cources 
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English and Sinhala language.
  • Proficiency in MS Office application. (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain professionalism with a pleasant punctual & friendly approach.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
