Job Duties

• Monitor customer accounts and identify overdue/outstanding payments; follow up promptly through calls, emails, and field visits if required
• (debt recovery jobs Sri Lanka / credit control jobs Colombo)
• Coordinate with sales & finance teams to ensure accurate credit records
• Prepare and maintain aging reports & credit management reports for management review
• (MS Excel reporting jobs Sri Lanka)
• Ensure compliance with company credit policies, legal & regulatory requirements
• Support collection strategies to reduce bad debts and improve cash flow
• (arrears recovery jobs Colombo / finance collection vacancies)

Requirements

• Male
• Age below 40
• Part / Full qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or a related field
• Minimum 1 year experience in credit control, debt recovery, or collections
• Strong communication, negotiation & problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure
• Candidates residing near Colombo 08 / Borella (within 30km) preferred
