Regional Service Manager Full-Time

Job Role
  • Lead and manage regional technical service operations to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, installations, inspections, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Manage, guide, and motivate the technical service team to achieve performance targets and KPIs.
  • Ensure timely response to customer service requests and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Monitor service performance, analyze reports, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Coordinate with sales and other departments to support business growth and after-sales service excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and service quality procedures.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in the laboratory equipment or technical service industry.
  • Strong knowledge in fault diagnosis, repair, servicing, and maintenance of electronic instruments.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing technical/service teams.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple service operations efficiently.
  • Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset.
