Sales Executive Full-Time

Job Duties 

  • Generate sales through HVAC project sales and service dealer networks.
  • Identify new business opportunities in commercial buildings, apartments, hotels, factories, and construction projects.
  • Coordinate sales requirements between clients, contractors, MEP consultants, engineers, architects, and internal technical teams.
  • Prepare quotations, cost estimates, technical proposals, and tender documents for HVAC projects.
  • Conduct client follow-ups and ensure smooth sales-to-project handovers and installation coordination.
  • Assist the Sales Manager in achieving monthly and annual Toshiba AC sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, pipeline tracking, ad market intelligence data.
  • Provide technical understanding of AC product specifications, VRF systems, split AC systems, and central air conditioning solutions.

Requirements 

  • Male / Female
  • Age below 40
  • Experience in Sales, HVAC Sales, Air Conditioning Sales, or Project Sales (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Target-driven and capable of working in a fast-paced corporate sales environment.
  • Ability to understand technical HVAC specifications and AC product solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills in English and Sinhala.
  • Exposure to MEP sales, construction industry sales, or building services sales will be an added advantage.
  • Based in Boralesgamuwa, near Lake Road, with project coverage across Colombo and island-wide operations.
