Job Duties 

• Develop and execute HVAC sales strategies and project sales plans for Toshiba AC systems in Sri Lanka.
• Lead project sales operations targeting commercial buildings, apartments, hotels, factories, and construction projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, MEP consultants, engineers, architects, developers, and corporate clients.
• Identify new business opportunities for air conditioning installations, VRF systems, central AC systems, and HVAC solutions.
• Prepare and submit tenders, quotations, technical proposals, and project cost estimations.
• Monitor and coordinate HVAC projects during execution to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and annual HVAC sales targets.
• Conduct site visits, client presentations, and technical discussions related to HVAC project requirements.
• Drive revenue growth in project sales, service dealer markets, and corporate HVAC contracts.

Requirements 

• Male / Female
• Age below 40
• Proven experience in Project Sales, HVAC Sales, Air Conditioning Sales, or MEP Sales.
• Prior exposure to HVAC-related products, Toshiba AC systems, VRF systems, chillers, or central air conditioning systems is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Sinhala.
• Strategic thinker with a results-driven sales mindset.
• Willingness to travel across Sri Lanka for client meetings, site inspections, and project coordination.
• Experience in handling construction industry sales, building services sales, and commercial HVAC contracts will be an added advantage.
• Based in Boralesgamuwa, near Lake Road, with project coverage across Colombo and island-wide operations.
