Manage the day-to-day work routine efficiently, this includes but is not limited to keep minutes at meetings, follow up actions, appointments, and calendar management.
Ability to organize and maintain the CEO's office and effectively coordinate his scheduled commitments.
Requirements
Fluency in the English language is a must
Excellent written/verbal communication skills in English language
Over 3 years of experience in a similar position
A diploma, degree or equivalent level qualification in business management
Computer literacy and knowledge in Microsoft Office
Strong integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality whilst being an effective team player
