Job Duties

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Prioritize features and initiatives based on business impact and customer value.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver products on time and within budget.
• Translate product requirements into clear specifications and user stories.
• Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch, iteration, and sunset.
• Act as the key liaison with internal stakeholders and customers, ensuring alignment and transparency.
• Present product updates and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
• Mentor junior product managers and foster a collaborative, innovative team culture.

Requirements

• Male/Female
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred). 
• Above 4 years of product management experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful products. 
• Strong understanding of Agile and Lean methodologies for product development. 
• Proficiency in using tools like JIRA, and product analytics platforms. 
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 
• Ability to navigate and lead in ambiguous, fast-paced environments. 
• Experience with workflow solutions, system applications, or enterprise products development project management skills
