Senior Customer Service Executive (Freight Forwarding)
Full-Time
Job Duties:
Ensure all orders are delivered to customers within the agreed delivery date.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Develop strategies to reduce supply chain costs without compromising on quality or efficiency.
Ensure all supply chain activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
Higher Diploma/ Degree in Supply Chain Management.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in freight forwarding / logistics / supply chain customer service.
Sound knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
Sound knowledge of Sri Lanka's customs procedures.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
