Job Duties:

• Manage end-to-end customs clearance processes for import and export shipments.
• Coordinate with Customs, freight forwarders, shipping agents, airlines, and clearing agents to ensure timely cargo clearance.
• Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve customs clearance issues.
• Follow up on customs inspections, examinations, permits, and approvals.
• Prepare, review, and submit customs clearance documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain compliance with customs regulations and government requirements.
• Stay updated on customs laws, tariff changes, import/export restrictions, and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with suppliers, transport providers, customs brokers, and government authorities.
• Support internal teams by addressing customs-related queries and documentation requirements.
• Verify customs duties, VAT, taxes, and clearance-related charges.
• Monitor and control customs clearance costs.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance clearance efficiency and reduce shipment delays.

Requirements:

• Male/ Female
• Age below 35
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Customs Clearance, Import/Export Operations, Freight Forwarding, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations and import/export procedures.
• Hands-on experience with customs clearance systems and documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Candidates residing within a 25 km radius will be given preference.
