Job Duties

• Coordinate activities with the Shippers and Vessel Operators in order toensure FCL cut-off time and required space.
• Responsible for the preparation of sailing schedules and issuing of releaseorders to Customers.
• Follow up with Shippers to obtain B/L instructions.
• Responsible for preparation of weekly reports and updating of booking forecasts.

Requirements 

• Male/ Female
• Age below 35
• Have 2-4 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Partly qualified in Logistics/ Supply Chain from a recognized institute
• Be fluent in English and have good communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to resolve customer concern sefficiently.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
