Senior Executive - Human Resources (HR Analytics & Digitalization) Full-Time

Job Duties 

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards for HR metrics including headcount, attrition, recruitment analytics, attendance analysis, payroll reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Analyze workforce data and deliver actionable HR insights to support strategic business decisions.
  • Lead and support AI-driven HR initiatives, HR automation projects, and digital HR transformation strategies.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Collaborate with management and stakeholders to translate HR data into meaningful business intelligence reports and executive dashboards
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
  • Oversee attendance management, leave tracking, and absenteeism analysis.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and maintain accurate employee records in HRMS / HRIS systems.
  • Handle full employee lifecycle management including confirmations, promotions, transfers, salary revisions, and documentation.
  • Support performance management processes, KPI tracking, and appraisal coordination.
  • Manage employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and grievance handling in compliance with Sri Lankan labor laws.
  • Coordinate HR administration for outsourced staff including statutory documentation and attendance monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and local labor regulations.

 

Requirements 

  • Male /  Female
  • Age below 40
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR Management, HR Analytics, or Digital HR projects.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Power BI dashboard development and HR data visualization.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas, Data Analysis Tools).
  • Experience working with HRMS, HRIS, and payroll systems.
  • Exposure to or strong interest in AI-powered HR tools, HR automation, and workforce analytics solutions.
  • Sound knowledge of Sri Lankan labor law compliance and HR best practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Based in Malabe, easily accessible from Kaduwela, Athurugiriya, Battaramulla, Kottawa, and surrounding Colombo suburbs
