Job Duties:

• Prepare weekly plans for all qualities on receipt of inquire/confirmed order (order verification forms) from merchandising, check raw material availability, machine capacity required for manufacturing and confirm best possible delivery dates to merchandisers to fulfil customer requirements and block the required capacity in the plan.
• Liaise with Technical Executives daily in order to transfer requirements to facilitate the timely completion of relevant processes and thereby meet delivery requirements of customers.
• Based on priorities discussed with merchandisers coordinate with dyeing and finishing executives in order to ensure that all scheduled work is carried us as per priorities mentioned on the plan in order to ensure batches are completed on the due date to optimize productive machine utilization and customer satisfaction.
• Prevent pollution by waste reduction, recycling of general waste (paper, elastic) and comply to applicable legal and other requirements to ensure adherence to standards practiced.
• Adherence to health & safety standards and 5S standards practiced within the organization in order to maintain a suitable working environment.
• Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management.

Requirements:

• Male/ Female
• Age below 40 years 
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics or science
• 3 years work experience in relevance field
• Technical Knowledge – Narrow Fabric Manufacturing process 
• Ability to work under pressure condition
• Flexibility to accommodate customer last minute changes
• Excel sound knowledge (V lookup, Pivot Table, Macro ect.)
