Job Duties

• Prepare daily and weekly production plans for assigned modules.
• Monitor and analyze efficiency levels within these modules.
• Address any prevailing issues to achieve set targets
• Responsible to improve the new elastic quality by running a mini bulk to test the identified risk before sending in for bulk production.  This also involves commercialization of the same within the specified time frame. 
• Advising the bulk production team on quality controls and parameters of new product development   
• Handle all administrative activities for the assigned modules. 
• Ensure decisions made by the superior are communicated effectively to the relevant modules and transferred into the process.
• Experimenting and commercialization of low-cost production methodologies to meet customer price requirement  
• Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management.

Requirements 

• Male 
• Age below 35
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Physics  or Textile Management
• 3 to 4 years experience in a similar capacity within a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Strong Organizational and Problem solving skills.
• Ability to work Independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
