Job Duties 

Implement and manage the built-in quality approach to enhance productivity through quality-driven processes.

Ensure material flow quality is maintained on time and within specifications.

Oversee final product testing for Covering Plant (CP) and Yarn Dyeing (YD).

Ensure all products meet internal and external quality standards, maintaining compliance with plant FTT, PTP, and DIFOT goals.

Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, GRS, TC, and Oeko-Tex 100 standards.

Manage audit preparation to ensure minimal findings during quality audits.

Oversee the timely renewal and certification of the plant in relevant quality standards.

Ensure timely calibration and servicing of lab equipment to maintain accuracy and continuous operations.

Maintain equipment records and adhere to calibration schedules.

Ensure compliance with European regulations under Oeko-Tex 100 Standard Class 1.

Prepare the plant for Oeko-Tex audits and manage the renewal process.

Organize training programs and exams for quality assurance lab technicians.

Assess and improve technician skills through structured grading and development programs.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve non-compliance issues identified during laboratory testing.

Implement corrective actions to minimize recurrence of quality issues.

Address customer complaints related to quality and develop corrective measures.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, emphasizing quality control at every production stage.

Requirements 

Degree in Textile Technology or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Strong decision-making skills and a sense of urgency in problem resolution.

Excellent negotiation skills with suppliers and customers.

Strong communication and analytical skills.

Ability to build and maintain good relationships with stakeholders.
