Senior Executive – Talent Engagement and Development Full-Time
Job Duties
Establish and drive the Skill Matrix for the Non-Executive level.
Drive the Performance Management Cycle.
Conduct the Annual Increment and Promotion Cycle.
Prepare and monitor the Training & Development budget to ensure cost efficiency.
Design, develop, and review policies and frameworks to support talent development, engagement, performance management, and career & succession planning.
Conduct Talent Assessment processes.
Execute the Management Trainee and Industrial Training programs.
Coordinate onboarding programs for new recruits.
Draft and review Job Descriptions for all categories.
Provide accurate and timely HR data and insights to management for decision-making
Requirements
Female
Age Below 35
Bachelor’s Degree and Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity (experience in a manufacturing environment preferred).
Proficient in MS Office and Power BI (mandatory).
Strong data analytical skills.
Knowledge in ERP systems will be an added advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong time management, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
