Job Duties 

• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards.
• Lead budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis processes to support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee general ledger management, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial controls.
• Handle tax submissions, VAT, NBT, income tax compliance, and coordinate with tax authorities.
• Manage and coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely documentation and compliance.
• Supervise finance operations and provide guidance to junior finance staff.
• Ensure proper maintenance of financial records in QuickBooks (QB accounting software).
• Monitor cash flow, working capital management, and financial risk controls.
• Assist management with financial analysis, cost control initiatives, and performance reporting.

Requirements 

• Male / Female
• Age below 40
• Minimum 7+ years of overall finance and accounting experience.
• 2–4 years’ experience in an Executive Finance role.
• 4–7 years’ experience in a Senior Finance / Senior Accounting level position.
• Fully or partly qualified in Chartered Accountancy, CIMA, or ACCA.
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks (QB) accounting software.
• Hands-on experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, and audit coordination.
• Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan tax regulations and financial compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial planning skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
