Job Duties

• Supervise workshop technicians, machinists, and fabrication workers to ensure efficient project completion.
• Allocate daily work tasks based on production schedules and project priorities.
• Ensure fabrication, machining, and mechanical workshop activities meet required quality standards.
• Maintain quality control standards to minimize rework and production delays.
• Enforce workshop safety procedures and compliance with occupational safety standards.
• Coordinate closely with the Workshop Engineer and production team regarding project priorities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in workshop operations and productivity.
• Ensure fabrication deadlines and project timelines are achieved efficiently and safely.

Requirements

• Male
• Age below 40
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a mechanical workshop or fabrication environment.
• Prior experience as a Workshop Foreman, Mechanical Supervisor, Fabrication Supervisor, or Production Foreman.
• Strong practical knowledge in welding, fabrication, machining, and mechanical workshop operations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, engineering diagrams, and fabrication plans.
• Experience supervising workshop teams and production staff.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Hands-on technical expertise in mechanical fabrication and workshop operations.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and project schedules.
• Good communication and coordination skills with engineering teams.
• Strong safety awareness and disciplined work approach.
