Senior Manager - Human Resource (Manufacturing) Full-Time
Job Duties
Should have the experience in working closely with different production lines and shifts, understanding the overall manufacturing operations
Should have the experience in performance management systems at factory level
Should be thorough with manufacturing related labour laws, regulatory compliances, health & safety, PF, payroll, managing various focused groups
Should have previous experience in Training & Development, coaching & mentoring for factory & executive levels
Should have the experience in managing local communities and having initiated various community development activities
Should have experience in developing different recruitment/sourcing strategies to create a healthy recruitment pipeline to have potential candidates available for recruitment at any given time.
Person should be an excellent advocate, counsellor & grievance handler to attend to worker issues & problems
Candidate should be a HR business partner rather than a HR advisor only.
Should be a person who has handled welfare and other employee engagement to achieve Org objectives
Previous hands-on experience in HRIS systems is an important aspect as well.

A person with Masters Degree
Minimum 05 years' experience in the field of which 4 years should be at HR Manager level.
