Senior Training & Development Executive
Full-Time
Job Duties:
Facilitate to develop talent pools at the Managerial, Executive, and Non-Executive levels.
Facilitate the annual launch of objectives and KPIs in collaboration with the Head of HR.
Coordinate talent selection criteria with the Head of HR.
Reconcile training outcomes with performance improvements and manage post-training evaluations.
Launch and maintain a post-training performance tracking system and ensure accurate individual training records.
Maintain dashboards to map progress and identify knowledge and skills gaps within teams.
Prepare and manage an annual training plan and budget aligned with the Objectives and KPIs achievements.
Source and coordinate training/coaching resources and logistical arrangements.
Facilitate to drive top internal talent using the 9-box grid based on performance over the last two years.
Monitor and track monthly achievements against KPIs , ensuring timely follow-up with relevant departments.
Organize training/coaching programs for talent pool members and conduct exit interviews.
Requirements:
Female
Age below 40
Professional Qualifications ( CQHRM / PQHRM ) or Degree in HRM or Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years of experience in HR similar work, preferably within a manufacturing/export environment.
Strong understanding of performance management and talent development processes.
Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
