Showroom Admin Executive Full-Time

Job Duties

  • Coordinate, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
  • Handle telephone calls, emails, and quotation request of clients
  • Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
  • Welcome and greet customers
  • Helping customers to locate desired items
  • Arranging product displays
  • Demonstrating product features & handling customers 
  • Negotiating prices and payment plans, and then closing sales
  • Processing customer payments using the shop's Point of Sale (POS) system 

Requirements 

  • Male / Female 
  • Age below 35
  • Professional Qualifications
  • 2+ year experience 
  • Good in English 
  • Computer Literacy
