Showroom Sales Executive Full-Time

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist customers in the showroom, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products.
  • Provide detailed information on products, features, pricing, and promotions.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue of the showroom.
  • Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing showroom display.
  • Process sales transactions, handle invoices, and coordinate with the billing department.
  • Follow up with potential customers to convert inquiries into sales.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure stock availability.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities


Requirements

  • Female/ Male
  • Age below 35
  • GCE O/L or A/L qualification (Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business is an advantage).
  • 6 months experience in retail sales or showroom sales is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused approach with strong negotiation skills.
