Job Duties

• Handle store keeping, inventory management, and warehouse operations in Malabe
• Receive, inspect, verify, and record incoming stock, spare parts, and materials
• Maintain accurate stock records, GRN, AOD, warehouse transfers, and inventory updates
• Raise Purchase Requisitions (PR) based on pending MRN, GIT reports, and stock analysis
• Monitor stock levels, minimum reorder levels, expiry dates, and slow-moving inventory
• Conduct monthly / quarterly stock audits, reconciliation, and discrepancy reporting
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, binning, and ABC classification of inventory
• Prevent stock shortages, overstocking, and obsolete inventory through effective control
• Prepare inventory reports, stock movement reports, aging reports, and GIT clearance reports
• Coordinate with procurement, suppliers, and internal departments for timely deliveries
• Handle goods returns, documentation follow-ups, and clearance processes
• Support loading, unloading, and organizing of goods in the warehouse/store
• Maintain ERP system updates, inventory software records, and documentation accuracy
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and audit requirements
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized store environment following safety standards

Requirements

• Male
• Age between 25–35 years
• 4–5 years of experience as a Store Keeper / Inventory Controller / Warehouse Executive
• Experience handling spare parts, engineering items, or industrial inventory
• Knowledge of ERP systems, inventory software, stock control, and MS Excel
• Certificate or course in Stores Management / Supply Chain / Logistics is an advantage
• Ability to work independently, under pressure, and with minimum supervision
• Strong coordination, documentation, and record-keeping skills
