Job Duties

• Supervise daily store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Lead, train, and mentor store staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage inventory levels and stock organization in accordance with company standards.
• Implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare and present sales reports to upper management regarding store performance and areas for improvement.
