Job Duties

• Act as the main point of contact for tenants during fit-out and reinstatement phases.
• Review tenant fit-out proposals to ensure compliance with building guidelines, LEED requirements, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with tenants, contractors, consultants, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure works are completed as scheduled.
• Conduct inspections before and after fit-out to verify compliance with approved plans and building standards.
• Ensure all works meet local building codes, fire safety, and environmental standards.
• Confirm contractors have secured required permits and approvals.
• Enforce LEED Gold certification compliance and promote sustainable practices.
• Perform regular site inspections to ensure contractor adherence to safety protocols.
• Maintain detailed records of approvals, contractor information, and project reports.
• Track contractor performance and report issues or delays.
• Prepare and present progress and completion reports, including lessons learned.
• Coordinate with facility management, security, and engineering teams to minimize disruptions to existing tenants.
• Provide management with regular updates on project status, risks, and recommendations.

Requirements

• Male
• Age below 40
• Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in fit-out coordination, facility management, or construction projects, preferably in commercial buildings.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and resolve issues efficiently
