Job Duties

• Ensure delivery of technical services to support customer success and drive
• future sales growth.
• Schedule preventive and corrective
• maintenance, including inspections and installation visits, in accordance with
• stipulated protocols.
• Coordinate with regional sales managers and act as technical interface between sales and after sales teams.
• Implement the local value preposition to enhance the customer’s interest towards business sustainability. 
• Propose improvements in the existing service operation processes.  

Requirements

• Male
• Age below 45
• Possess a Diploma in electronic engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the laboratory equipment industry or similar field.
• Strong knowledge in fault diagnosis, repairs, and servicing of electronic instruments.
• Possess a positive attitude, hardworking, well-disciplined, and ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Self-driven with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Those who are residing in Vavuniya or Trincomalee will be preferred.
