Job Duties

• Lead the development, testing, validation, and commercialization of new tire products in collaboration with R&D and Manufacturing teams.
• Manage product lifecycles, monitor performance, customer feedback, warranty trends, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead product testing, field evaluations, competitor benchmarking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive innovation, sustainability, cost optimization, and manufacturing efficiency while maintaining product quality.
• Monitor category performance and mould utilization to improve production efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on product positioning, forecasting, product launches, and category growth.
• Provide technical support and product training to internal teams, distributors, and customers.

Requirements

• Male Candidates
• Age below 50
• Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, Polymer Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in tire manufacturing, automotive, or rubber product development environment.
• Strong knowledge of tire technology, materials, testing methodologies, and product performance analysis.
