Technical Sales Executive Full-Time

Job Duties

  • Sales of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) by identifying and targeting potential customers.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities for repair and maintenance services in
  • the IT and electronics field.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure they are satisfied with the service.
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide feedback to product development based on customer insights and market trends.


Requirements

  • Male
  • Age Below 35
  • Suitable degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the IT or electronics industry.
  • Strong understanding of technical products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
