Job Duties : 

• Troubleshooting skills of Windows and Linux Server based environments including AD, DNS and DHCP Servers etc.
• Manage network protocols and topologies and basic experience with networking hardware including Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Access Points etc. 
• Manage common protocols and Network Security technologies such as TCP/IP ,SNMP, HTTP, HTTPS, SMTP, FTP, LDAP, KERBEROS, DNS, IPSEC, SSL/VPN etc.
• Provide technical support on via Email, Phone and remote support

Requirements :

• Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or Equivalent Certifications
• 2 years experience 
• Age below 30
• Good in English 
• Valid riding license
